2019 Audi Q5 Auto Start Stop Disable. Takes 2 seconds to program. So it sounds like you now have to go through the VCDS to permanently disable it.
Reverses function of auto off switch. On my 2017 I disabled the auto startstop feature the day I drove my Q5 off the dealer lot and have never had to deal with it since. Must work for the next TUeV appointment.

I took it to an Audi specialist and they diagnosed it as faulty siren. I like the way this worked for my 2018 Audi A6. In stop-and-go traffic as well as traffic jam situations the ACA can bring the car to a complete stop. Hi Tom If the stop-start system is not working ever then its probably worth a trip to your Audi dealer to have it looked at but bear in mind that there are plenty of conditions in which it will not operate and it may not be immediately obvious why.
